Return Policy We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (otherwise, additional charges may apply).
Return Shipping Charges ₹90 for orders below ₹2000
₹180 for orders above ₹2000
Partial COD Orders For partial COD orders, the advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery. Exchange Policy Exchange requests (size/variant/product) are allowed with a shipping fee of ₹135.
If you receive an incorrect product, report it within 48 hours with images and packing slip.
